My work investigates relationships between humans, with nature, and the spaces we inhabit. Through collaborations across disciplines and cultures, I seek to create work that is in conversation with the many ways that we seek and make meaning. Created for site-specific outdoor locations, film, and concert stages, these performances call attention to the often unseen and unnoticed. I’m interested in making accessible performances that allow audiences to recognize themselves and one another within new contexts, cultivating spaces of compassion and empathy for the human and other than human world.
